Ancaps can move to Antarctica, Svalbard, or Liberland. I don't care which, and I'm not going to stop them if they do. Antarctica is not recognized to be claimed by any state, and no one will stop you from going there if you can get there. Svalbard has equally cold temperatures and is infested by polar bears. Anybody who moves to Svalbard gets free Norwegian citizenship. Anybody who moves to Liberland risks floods and getting arrested for trespassing.
If you want to start your own Ancap city, then those are your only options, unless you want to become a warlord and carve your own country out of an existing African country. Good luck.
