He's not. He graduated from a retarded fake program, probably from a non-name college. (I'd be mildly impressed if he got that degree at uWaterloo here, but only from there. Every other college, especially in that field, is a joke in Canada. He obviously didn't go to the US? MIT or Carnegie or one of those big ones?) Learn to read, I said the "computer science" and "software engineering" programs in general are scams. Nobody learns to code, or anything, in those programs. In (software-)engineering you might learn a few vague general principles, but even there not much, it really shouldn't be called engineering, it's a scam associating it with real engineering.
