Rationalizing / living with your on-going evilness must be difficult and very dissonant for you

It is. The thing is, though, much like someone being raped wouldn't necessarily feel dissonant for the crime, I don't either (for moving to a place that supports rape -- knowing that there is no place in the world, currently, that doesn't.)

My main point with the Chomsky post, and people like you, is that *you actually support rape*. It's not that you're grudgingly forced at gunpoint to participate, but rather that you actually think it's good. (Or that's the impression I got from our last emails. Ie., you were saying some bullshit about how you are helping the economy, never once pointing out the evilness of the raping. Ie. given the choice to stop rape, or not, you, like Dave and Chomsky and most people would prefer not to stop it. (Correct me if I'm wrong.))

What part of "Rationalizing / living with your on-going evilness must be difficult and very dissonant for you" do you not understand?

And who isn't a victim then? Everyone is forced to pay taxes, nobody does it willingly, and half the population doesn't even vote - so it isn't like they are directly culpable. What you're doing is faulting others for their exercise of free speech. If the distribution child pornography is a fundamental right, then **writing** and **talking** about raping and enslaving you, is sure as hell a free speech right as well.

And what victim? You don't pay taxes therefore you're probably one of the least victimized people in this country.

Further, Quebec isn't a "little" more statist then Ontario. In terms of government, it is more socialist, with higher taxes - so it does steal from those who work, to give those who don't (i.e. you). But what really takes the cake are the transfer payments.   Quebec, steals around $1600 from EVERY citizen of Alberta EVERY YEAR to redistribute to residents of Quebec (i.e. you). Ontario doesn't steal. You are culpable for that. You moved to a thieving, immoral, socialist province willingly because you liked the culture - a culture that may not actually exist without this kind of thieving action. Do you not realize how shallow you sound when you try to explain that away. Facts are facts. You're enslaving others - all for "pretty people"

So I point it out, yet again:

"Rationalizing / living with your on-going evilness must be difficult and very dissonant for you"

You're one of the worsts ones.

It's not shallow at all to have a good life -- to live near good people. It is, nevertheless, tragic that the dictators in this region are worse than those in yours. (And, like I pointed out earlier, you are not living where you are for any ethical reason whatsoever. You were simply born there, and lacked any initiative to move, even though I bet there are less thieving and immoral choices that you could have chosen from as well.) So I'm not sure what your first sentence means. (How much thought do you honestly put into your posts? I feel like I'm repeating myself.) It's not too dissonant, because I am not responsible for what my rapists do. Understand?

You say "nobody does it willingly", but that's not at all what I read from our last email conversation a while ago, in which you seemed to be saying it was *actually a good thing* -- to pay taxes, and the way your evil company does business, and your impact on society. So, I guess I should apologize if I misunderstood -- ie. that you are indeed aware of the evil people you primarily do business with, that involuntary taxes are wrong, and that you wish you didn't have to do business with them, or steal money from innocent others. My anger is directed only at those who *willingly support such evil* -- not to everyone who disagrees, but is forced at gunpoint to obey.

I'm not sure what your point about free speech was. Sure, you have a right to advocate for evil -- that was never under dispute -- but you have no right to actually commit it. (Like I said earlier, I was almost certain that you were both advocating such violence and committing it. I apologize if you are simply being raped by the state, and despise your clients.)
