You're now chatting with a random stranger. Say hi!
Stranger: gay looking for gay/bi male... waits for disconnection..
You: quick question:
You: :)
You: Do you support the right to buy graphic child pornography?
Stranger: no..
You: with an explanation :p
Stranger: no because children are minors and shpouldnt be subjected to sexual acts for the purpose of older ages pleasure :P
You: i agree, but that's a different topic
You: we're talking about after-the-fact
You: so, more like evidence of a crime
Stranger: right? o.O ya lost me :P
You: so, should it be okay/legal to buy images of rape, for example
You: child-rape, whatever
Stranger: no because its a terrible ordeal for the child as it is, so the fact that people would buy it is wrong.. essentially it would be as good as paedophilia :/
You: how is it wrong?
You: because the existence of the stuff further traumatizes the kid in the future?
Stranger: exactly
You: yea, that's valid
You: what about war photography then
You: so, for example, the Collateral Damage/Murder video
You: of innocent reporters getting murdered
You: (by the US military :p)
Stranger: no because it is making the idea of killing and warfare a very fake truth, it makes it look fun almost, when in reality, what the people in the war go through is horrific..
You: but, would you say it should be legal or illegal to buy the collateral murder video?
You: (have you heard about that video, btw?)
You: (it was released by wikileaks...)
Stranger: once again it should be illegal you shouldnt be able to buy that kind of thing, its disgusting, imagine how the families of the people getting killed would feel knowing tthat people were buying videos of the children, brothers sisters etc getting killed
