Well, no it doesn't.
That is, nothing "sucks". Good/back, likeable/not likeable, sucky/not sucky -> all artificial attributes.

It also makes New York City look like Etobicoke. It's almost exactly like those cities portrayed in dystopic futuristic sci fi stories--a solid wall of concrete skyscrapers as far as the eye can see. It's even visible from space as a dead grey cancer.
