Hey, i have sincerely much better things to do than entertain you.
i am trying to be kind here because perhaps you are unsure of what you want, and i have also been through it before.
i dont need fancy grammar to get my points across.
if you want to live, maybe i can help. i've struggled with this for a few years so, i get it.
understanding the part(s)of you that want to live/die is important, puts things in perspective.
And being able to deconstruct these parts as much as possible.
It's alot of self-analysis, and it takes time to do so.
If you are struggling with some sort of guilt, as mentionned previously, that also can be deconstructed until you get to the physical sensations level.
if you want to die, i think the best method is a massive dose of sleeping pills (at least 100) bought in different drugstores, taken in a quiet place where no one can come to rescue you.

the problematics of it is that it takes alot of water to ingest them. there might be a good chance you will be awoken by your bladder. which is why its best to be somewhere where you cant be rescued. because its quite scary when death approches so: no phone, no family, no friend.
