Wait...
The point is that GW is responsible for more American deaths than Osama bin Laden. Specifically needless deaths because you show only Iraqi deaths and not Afghanistan deaths.

I think (hope) the actual (if not stated) point was simply that they're both dickheads -- and deserve to be grouped together. And both deserve the death penalty.
(There are much better points for GW's evilness, like the drug laws, currency laws, slavery (taxation), etc, etc)
