Nah. You have to be insane to gladly aspire to such a corrupt and fascist position. And to promote government interference in people's lives she must have been doubly insane a long time ago. Maybe she got disillusioned by all her wealth, and now wants to lash out at all wealthy people, in the mistaken name of the poor. Or maybe got disillusioned with her own life, and wants to take on (the illusion of) a messianic career, fighting for who she incorrectly perceives as the oppressed, thus validating her otherwise pointless comfortable rich life.
