Ottawa Lockdown Air Quality

I wonder if all the lockdowns and social distancing that started in Ottawa in mid-March cuz of the Wuhan Flu (Kung Flu) had any effect on the air pollution here. So I copy pasted the PM2.5 values (particulate matter that is smaller than 2.5 micrometers) for the previous 5 Marches (2015 to 2020). (The bigger the numbers (in micrograms per cubic meter), the worse. Apparently, for every increase of 10ug there is a 36% increase in lung cancer.) I don't see an improvement?
