I feel I should say something since I've somehow been linked to the story ...
i resent you poking fun at rick's blog.
Like DSK said, he never mentioned anywhere that he was referring to my blog. Even the http://www.kuro5hin.org/s.../2/2/171117/8823 article doesn't really apply to my blog, since I didn't use some blogging package to generate it, and I'm not writing about any one topic in particular, unless you count my life as a topic of interest that someone would want to find in Google.
Bloggers who only talk about themselves [snip] is the spawn of Satan.
Why can't a blogger talk about himself? If that's what he intended to do with the blog then that's his choice. If you don't like it, then chances are it wasn't written for you. I started my blog because I wanted to do something meaningful with the space on the UW server that was allocated to me. And it gave me an excuse to write HTML. So it was more of a thing for me than anyone else.
And now Dave is saying that I type too slow, so I'll stop here. :P
