Aie ...

First of all, we /don't/ live in a perfect world. I know one of you have said it in a previous post, I don't remember who, but I know it was said. In a debate, both sides of an issue are presented before given a conclusion. What you have done is give one side.

Now, keeping in mind that I have no final decision on abortion whatsoever, there is the parallel version of your scenario. Let's say Perfect Marlene is now Not-Perfect Marlene. She was raped, she now has AIDS, she has no supportive family, and she's suffering from any other possible thing you can think of.

Now, following your line of thought, I ask two questions:
(1) Do you think that abortion is wrong.
(2) Would you support legislation banning abortion for Miss Non-Perfect Marlene.

So if you answered 'no' to the two questions, you agree that abortion is right in principle.
