Good Luck!
posted by jess on January 12th, 2004 at 4:06PM I hope this little experiment turns out well for you! However, I would think it would be more beneficial if you were carrying a full course load this term but a little bit is better than nothing. :)
So are we all going to do dinner sometime now that you have more time? :P |

Anyway, I'll call as soon as I figure out where and when to go, which I don't see happening in the near future ... maybe I'll call just to test your willpower then ... :P |

If you give up video games, you surf the net more, if you give that up, you watch tv more, if you give that up you read more, and so and on. This was true for me (when i tried it), and I think I read that somewhere as well. If you're motivated to do something, you'll do it with or without distractions, if you can't... its probably because you more in love with the idea of doing it, then actually doing it. By all means, go right ahead though, its a good test of willpower. TV/net are like crack. While you're at it, resolve to get some exercise, give up chips and lose some weight. |
