Here's a lighter (true) story for you all ...So the CEO and a coworker at the company I work for went to Boston on Friday to do a demonstration. They brought two laptops with them. The coworker does his demonstration on one laptop, then realizes that he left PuTTY and other tools on the other laptop. So he tells his audience that he needs to get his other laptop. Except one audience member reaches into his own pocket and pulls out a USB key and says "Here you go!" It turns out he had put the PuTTY installation and other tools on his USB key.
OK, so it was funnier when the coworker told it. Meh.

posted by jess on December 15th, 2003 at 10:05AM I think it would have been funnier if I understood some of the terms you mentioned. I'll just assume that PuTTY is some sort of computer program/language?
On a side note, only one more exam to go!! I can't wait until I'm finished. It took forever just to write the first seven but now, there's just one left. Whee! :) |
