Yeah. For those who haven't seen it, it was a very human perspective on the life of a murderer (the original early 90s interview in particular). In particular, he says he was forced into it -- due to a cold and abusive childhood, poverty, and (my pet peeve) economic realities.
Economic realities; wtf?! Precisely. In particular, the prohibition of drugs, which leads to unecessarily high prices and violent clashes with police. Also, I would argue, the total ineffectiveness of "the education system" to deal with personalities like his. |
